Hello everyone, I leave this little tutorial on how to edit league structures using PES IMG Explorer, with this program you can put the order of the teams in the leagues and add or remove some teams, you only need this program, the unnamed_1982.bin and the teamlist.txt
First run this program as administrator (PES IMG Explorer) and open the .bin file unnamed_1982 (this file is in the folder dt0f) , select a block and click on Hex editor

You can see some numbers and letters, this is the team id, to know the id of a team just open your teamlist.txt
For example id: 2472 (0x09a8) NK MARIBOR
go to block 17 and you can see the ID A809 (last team in the league) this ID is Maribor, to add you need first put the last numbers in teamlist.txt (a8) and
after the first numbers (09) in the block 17 (A809)

For example I want to add other team in my league, I have 44 and I want 45 in others for example

then use teamlist.txt to see the teams, in my case I want to add C.A. Colon, click in the grey part after the last number and put the ID, then click in the ✓ and in Save button.

Open your PES and check, if all is correct, then you have 1 team more!
