1. Eternity’s Audio Tool:(Link)

Note: the program needs the visual studio 2013 redistributable for x86_64, that you may or may not have already. If when running the exe, you get a “MSVCP120.dll” missing, search and download “visual studio 2013” and choose “vcredist_x64.exe”

2. Cripack Maker: (Link)

3. Adobe Audition 3.0 (to edit sound file): Google

4. Prepare your commentary audio files. Audio files must be .wav files, mono channel and 16 bit.
