Installation 

Fresh install PES 2017 (without patch)
Download Full 8 Part files & put it in one folder
Run as "VPL PATCH V4 AIO.exe" & Choose where the game PES17 is located
Turn on the "PES2017 VPL Patch Selector" and press Dpfilelist Tool. The CPK file structure must be like this:
